So, I was involved in an auto accident today and I need to take my lil Honda in for an estimate.
Can anyone recommend a good body shop please? (Preferably in SB or Montecito.)
Thanks in advance!

Hey, I've posted in here once before I think...
In one week I will be a senior at DP, a high school in Goleta
To make a long story short, my schedule at school had some conflicts, and I'm stuck taking some classes I'd rather not take. This could all be solved if I could take an English class online. I didn't find out about all of this until last week, so the class is already full, of course.

The class is English 110 with Eckford-Prossor
It is a closed class, and I sent him (I am just going to assume it is a male) an email explaining my situation, but he never responded back. I think I'll email again...does anyone know him? Is he reasonable? Is there anyway I could find his phone number or office on campus--basically, what would be the best way to get in touch? Since the course is online, I can't go to the first meeting to crash it. I already tried going to the Add section of sbcconline, but that class wasn't on the list of classes available to be added.

Any advice you have would be wonderful!

(also, on an unrelated note: I am signed up for Prison Society with Cross, and am going to crash Criminal Investigation with Redding - any info on either of these classes/professors?)

Just wanted to say Hi!
My name's Sarah and I'm going to SBCC in the fall. I registered for the surfing class and I was just wondering how it is. Has Anyone taken it?
Im moving into an apartment in the foothills, and I basicly know nothing about the area. What is there to do for an 18 year old? I'm from vancouver wa, and i loved SB when i visited it so I just randomly decided to apply for SBCC one day, schedule my classes, pay my tuition and found an apartment the next day.

-Also, I was wondering if there is a ska scene in this town???? What about punk or hardcore shows? just curious.

Anyone know a good place to buy furniture in Santa Barbara? More specifically, does anyone know a good, relatively CHEAP place to get big items (particularly mattresses and sofas)? I'm moving from the other side of the country, so I'm not familiar with the local chains, etc.

Hey everyone! Any recommendations for a good place to find part-time work for the summer? I've been working on the phones for a clothing catalogue for the past year, and would like to get a change of pace before heading back to school full-time this fall. The classifieds didn't look too promising this morning, so I'm planning on heading out to do the walk-around-looking-for-help-wanted-signs thang. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks!

Hey, my name is Molly, and I'm going to be going to SBCC for the first smester of next year...I've actually already completed two years of college and have my A.A., but UCSB rejected me because I was short one class.

Does anyone know how difficult it is to transfer into the winter 2006 quarter? I just want to know how good my chances are.

Oh yeah, and does Fontainebleu suck as bad as everyone says it does? I got lazy of looking for a room mate, so I just signed up to live there. I didn't look that bad, but I've heard otherwise...
